Montreal, QC (Jan. 17, 2019) – Snowboarder Max Parrot announced on Thursday that he has been diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma and will stay away from competition for the 2018/19 season to devote his time and energy to fight the disease.
Max and Laurie secured a place in tomorrow night's final at the last Big Air World Cup of the season in Quebec City.
In a competition marked by the strong wind, destabilizing several competitors, Laurie Blouin managed to land a good run at her second try to grab the silver medal.
